Transportation

Getting to Mount Rinjani from Bali typically involves a combination of transport methods:

1. Fast Boat Ride: Start your journey with a scenic ferry ride from Padangbai (Bali) to Bangsal (Lombok).

2. Transfer to Senaru or Sembalun: After arriving in Lombok, a transfer by car or minibus will take you to the starting point of the trek, either Senaru or Sembalun, depending on the route you choose.

2-Day/1-Night Trek Summit Rinjani:

Trekking Itineraries :
Arrival Day: Bangsal – Sembalun

We will come to pick up you with air condition car at your arrival place or hotel within Lombok island then transfer to Sembalun, meet with us and check in the hotel provide in Sembalun.

Day 1 Sembalun – Crater Rim:

After an early breakfast at your hotel we will drop you at Sembalun and start the trip to register at the Rinjani Information Centre in Sembalun (1,156 m) before commencing our trek. The trail initially passes through undulating open grasslands as it winds up the mountain. We stop at Pos 1 and Pos 2, pausing for rest breaks and snacks. At Pos 3 (1,800 m) we stop for a longer break for lunch. After lunch, we commence the steep climb up the crater rim. We camp the night at Sembalun Crater Rim (2,639 m) with amazing views of the sunset, Lake Segara Anak, the summit of Mount Rinjani, and northern Lombok.

Day 2 Campsite – Summit – Sembalun:

We wake at 3 am for a light breakfast before commencing the challenging three-hour trek to the summit (3,726 m). We arrive in time for sunrise, the best time to enjoy the spectacular views. Returning to our campsite on the crater rim we stop for a hot breakfast and a rest before commencing our return trek to Sembalun. We pause for lunch at Pos 2 or 3 and arrive in Sembalun in the early afternoon, from where you will be transported to your next destination.

3-Day/2-Night Trek Summit and Lake:

For a more immersive experience, this option allows for a more leisurely ascent and the opportunity to explore the stunning landscapes in greater depth.

Trekking Itineraries :
Arrival Day: Bangsal – Sembalun

We pick you up from anywhere of lombok island(airport,senggigi/bangsal harbor) With our experience driver. to drive you to sembalun village to availible accommdations that we booked for you and your team, about 3 to 4 hours drive.

Visit Andri house for free dinner (local foods).after that your guide will give you a briefing.

Day 1: Sembalun – Summit Campsite

Wake up at 6;00 am and having breakfast , 7;00 am  we drive you to the national park office for medical check up and registration 1051m

After that we go to the starting point about 15 minutes.

Start the trek to pos 1 (pos pemantauan 1.400m) from starting point to reach pos 1 is about 2 hours walk, the track is up down and flat like a warming up, having a 5 to 10 minutes rest,while enjoying some snack/fruts and also the scenery. continue walk to position 2 (tengengean 1.500m) for only 30 minutes from position 1 and the way is more flat. have a  small rest and continue to position 3(pada balong  1.800m) where the track become more steep, about 1 hours to get pos 3 ,lunch will set there with the professional porter will cook for lunch.

you will have long rest for 1 to 2 hours, while waiting and having lunch .continue the walk up  to the crater rim / basecamp (pelawangan sembalun 2639m), reach the basecamp ,enjoy the fried bananas and some hot drinks and the view of lake, summit and  sunset, having a dinner and rest as early as possible.

Day 2: Summit Campsite – Top – Lake

Wake up very early in the morning around 1;30 am after a simple breakfast,start hiking to the summit 3726m the highest point of lombok to see a beautiful sunrise and lake and mount baru.

Walking time approximately 4 hours

Reach summit around 6 0’clock before sunrise,

After taking enough photos and videos we heading back to the camp another 2 hours walk down with a same part. and having second breakfast .

Countinue down to segara anak lake 3 to 4 hours ,having second day lunch beside the lake (fishing) and camp second night somewhere beside the lake or continue to hot spring to spend the night there so you can enjoy the hot spring.

Day 3: Lake – Torean – Transfer

After breakfast around 6;30 am ,prepare to walk down to torean village about 10 hours,need to be careful due the trails quite top and step down.enjoy your lanch at jugle of torean (mondokan re 1.420m) for about 5 hours.prepare to walk down to toren village and pass beautiful waterfall of penimbungan.arrive at torean village rinjani trekking center around 5-6 pm.prepare yourself for another transfer to your next destination.
